AI IN TEAM provides AI-powered automation systems, lead capture bots, SMS/email follow-ups, CRM integration, and other business automation tools using third-party platforms including but not limited to OpenAI (ChatGPT), Relevance AI, Make.com, MailerLite, TextMagic, Airtable, WordPress, and GoDaddy. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information when purchasing or using services
  • Use our tools and third-party services only for lawful purposes
  • Do not attempt to copy, reverse engineer, or exploit our technology
  • Ensure you comply with third-party platform terms including but not limited to OpenAI, MailerLite, TextMagic, Airtable, and Make

4. Payment & Refunds

All pricing is displayed in USD. Payments are processed via Stripe or other approved platforms. Setup fees and subscription payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. SMS Terms

By submitting your phone number to AI IN TEAM, you agree to receive text messages related to appointments, service updates, reminders, and customer support. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, contact [email protected].

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, workflows, software configurations, and documentation provided by AI IN TEAM are the property of AI IN TEAM and may not be reused, copied, or resold without written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Use of our services may involve the use of third-party platforms. You agree to comply with the terms of those services, which may include OpenAI, Make.com, Relevance AI, MailerLite, TextMagic, Airtable, WordPress, and GoDaddy. We are not liable for interruptions or changes to third-party services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms or for misuse of any third-party services integrated within our solutions.

9. Limitation of Liability

AI IN TEAM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or third-party tools we integrate with. All services are provided “as is.”
