Most clients are fully live within 5–7 business days of signing and providing access credentials. We handle everything — form setup, email templates, calendar integration, and dashboard configuration. You’ll receive a test walkthrough before we go live.

No. We integrate with your existing calendar or booking tool. If you don’t have one, we set up a free booking page for you. The system sends leads directly to your calendar — no new software for your staff to learn.

Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. There are no long-term contracts on the monthly retainer. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable as it covers the work already completed to build and configure your system.

Our lead capture system collects standard marketing information only — name, email, phone, and service interest. We do not collect medical history, treatment details, or any protected health information. Staying at this level keeps the system outside HIPAA scope.
