Terms governing use of the A.I. In Team website and demo agent
Effective Date: 10 May 2026 · Version 1.0
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the A.I. In Team website at aiinteam.com (the "Site") and any related public services we offer, including but not limited to our publicly accessible demo voice agent. By accessing the Site or calling our demo agent, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
If you become a paying client of A.I. In Team's voice agent service, additional terms in the Master Service Agreement ("MSA") will apply to that engagement. The MSA governs the paid relationship; these Terms govern the public-facing relationship.
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes including:
You agree not to:
Our publicly accessible demo agent is provided as a sample experience for prospective clients to hear what an AI voice agent sounds like. Your use of the demo agent is subject to:
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the A.I. In Team brand mark, the demo agent's voice and prompts, and underlying code — is owned by A.I. In Team or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
You retain rights to any original content you submit to us (e.g., information you provide on a booking form). By submitting such content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and operating our business.
The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (e.g., Cal.com for booking, Stripe for payments, social media). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
The Site and demo agent are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee:
AI systems are inherently probabilistic and may occasionally produce unexpected, inaccurate, or incomplete responses. The demo agent is for illustrative purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A.I. In Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or demo agent. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
This limitation does not apply to the extent prohibited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold A.I. In Team harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or demo agent, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. The Effective Date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Kitsap County, Washington, except where the parties mutually agree to alternative dispute resolution.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or demo agent at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. The provisions of Sections 4 (Intellectual Property), 6 (Disclaimers), 7 (Limitation of Liability), 8 (Indemnification), and 10 (Governing Law) survive termination.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and (for paying clients) the Master Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and A.I. In Team regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
Questions about these Terms should be sent to steven@aiinteam.com.
